Can beginners join?
Yes! Both programs are designed for all fitness levels. Modifications and technique videos help you progress safely and confidently.
Do I need special equipment?
Most workouts use basic items like free weights, tubing, a mat, and bodyweight exercises. Modifications are always available if you don’t have certain equipment.
Are workouts always available to me?
Yes! If you sign up for the Complete Program, all workouts are saved so you can revisit them as often as you like.
How do I sign up?

Do you offer one-on-one support?
Pam and her team are always ready and willing to provide one-on-one check-ins to help you progress in your journey.
Are the workouts live or recorded?
Workouts are recorded each week and added to the platform every Friday. Videos are always available so you can complete them anytime that works for you.
