What we Offer

Workouts
Each Friday, a one-hour workout and two shorter workouts will be showcased. You will also receive your fitness challenge for the week.

Weigh-Ins
Each week, you have the option to keep track of your weight and progress in your dashboard. Once a month, you can also get weighed in by a professional in person.

Recipes
Once a week you will receive various recipes for either breakfast, lunch or diner as well as healthy snack ideas.

Seminars and Workshops
On Friday afternoons, an informative presentation will be posted which will consist of either an interview with a guest speaker or a solo presentation by Pam.

Support
We all have challenging days, so to know we have a like-minded family that is always there to help us get through it, makes life just a little bit easier.

Weekly Stretches
Stay flexible, prevent injury, and release tension with our weekly stretch options. A simple but powerful addition to your routine.

The MBS Connection, founded by Pam Stilwell-Boon, helps people find balance in mind, body, and spirit through fitness, nutrition, mindfulness, and community support.
Can beginners join?
Yes! Both programs are designed for all fitness levels and no matter where you are at in your journey. Modifications and technique videos help you progress safely and confidently.
Do I need special equipment?
Most workouts use basic items like free weights, tubing, a mat, and bodyweight exercises. Modifications are always available if you don’t have certain equipment.
How many new workout videos are posted each week?
We aim to provide you with at least 3 new workouts each week, all in various lengths and different focus points. This allows for a wide range of options for all fitness levels.
